Ben has been described by a well-known commercial client, as having a rigorous and challenging leadership style, but delivered with a balanced and calm demeanor.

Since joining Morris+Company in January 2018, he has led projects in commercial refurbishment as well as new build commercial workplace and residential developments.

Ben has a wealth of experience in commercial workplace and in the refurbishment and adaptation of existing buildings following stints as a project lead at both Glenn Howells Architects and Ben Adams Architects.

Outside of project responsibilities Ben has an overview of office-wide CDM and Health and Safety policy, assisting in the development and introduction of Morris + Company’s Principal Designer services and its on-going QA.
Ben studied Architecture and Environmental Design at Sheffield Hallam University, winning the Research prize in his final post-graduate year, before graduating from the Birmingham School of Architecture with distinction and becoming ARB registered in 2014.
