Harriet is an architect and Associate Director at Morris+Company, specialising in health and community-focused design. She leads on project knowledge and business development for the Health+ and Community sector. Passionate about the potential of architecture to drive positive social and environmental change, Harriet has particular expertise in stakeholder and community engagement, and collaborative design processes. 
 

Harriet’s extensive project experience includes specialist housing, education and workplace environments for both public and private clients. She excels at working closely with clients, stakeholders, end users and local communities, building trust to establish clear aspirations and project requirements. Her focus is always on developing a detailed understanding of project-specific needs, delivering robust, inclusive and well-informed design outcomes.
 

Harriet most recently led the completed £20m Aylesbury Health Centre and Early Years Nursery, a landmark neighbourhood health project for Southwark. Other projects includes Sylvan Heritage, a series of five villas comprising 53 senior living extra care apartments; Clapton Care Home, a 50-bed care home with Hackney Council and NHS stakeholders; and Southwark Park Health Centre, a new neighbourhood health facility. 
 

Harriet is an active mentor and is involved in the development of the practice’s Post-Occupancy Evaluation process, CPD programme, and leads the practice’s Social Value and Outreach. Harriet graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Edinburgh and qualified Part II and Part III with Distinction at the University of Westminster.
