Keir is a highly adept and empathetic architect, and a certified Passivhaus designer. Since joining Morris+Company, he has led projects across a range of sectors including housing, education, workplace, and health. In addition to this project focus, Keir leads specific agendas within the practice that include professional services, practice systems and QA working groups.
Before joining Morris+Company, Keir worked at award winning practices AHMM and Feilden Fowles and over the course of his career, he's gained experience designing with many types of client in both the public and private sectors. He is accustomed to working at a range of scales from direct stakeholder engagement on local community projects to delivery of major HQ buildings in central London. He has lectured on benefits of collaborative working methods and in all team settings, advocates the open and transparent exchange of ideas and sharing of knowledge through collective research and debate. As part of this work, Keir represents the practice as part of the London Practice Forum, who's mission is to improve standards of practice and well-being within the profession.
Beyond the practice, Keir undertakes outreach work with a rolling portfolio workshop programme with Blueprint for All and recently undertook a twelve week final year teaching programme at ETSAUN alongside Joe. He graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Liverpool, and gained his postgraduate diploma from the University of Westminster with Distinction, winning the Noel Hill Prize.
