Redevelopment and intensification of a city block totaling approximately 120,000 sqm of existing commercial office space into a mixed use programme including the integration of an existing Metro Station.
Programme consists of: 70% workplace; 25% residential; 5% retail and community use.
Landscape first design approach referencing the green and blue infrastructure of the historic Maalbeek Valley.
