  1. Part of the Cityforward Brussels European Quarter, a 300,000 sqm masterplan, enabling mixed use regeneration.
  2. Redevelopment and intensification of a city block totaling approximately 120,000 sqm of existing commercial office space into a mixed use programme including the integration of an existing Metro Station.
  3. Programme consists of: 70% workplace; 25% residential; 5% retail and community use.
  4. Landscape first design approach referencing the green and blue infrastructure of the historic Maalbeek Valley.
  5. Sustainability and circularity are at the core of the collaborative vision, optimising adaptive re-use, the circular economy and biodiversity.
