- Part of the Cityforward Brussels European Quarter, a 300,000 sqm masterplan, enabling mixed use regeneration.
- Redevelopment and intensification of a city block totaling approximately 120,000 sqm of existing commercial office space into a mixed use programme including the integration of an existing Metro Station.
- Programme consists of: 70% workplace; 25% residential; 5% retail and community use.
- Landscape first design approach referencing the green and blue infrastructure of the historic Maalbeek Valley.
- Sustainability and circularity are at the core of the collaborative vision, optimising adaptive re-use, the circular economy and biodiversity.
