Charlotte joined Morris+Company in 2015 and directs the operation of the office, managing human resources, finance, compliance and legal issues. She is particularly interested in how these operational functions can be managed in such a way as to create a creative working environment where staff feel valued and are able to focus entirely on their architectural work, and has been instrumental in ensuring transparency and clarity in the practice’s internal communications.

Charlotte recognises how good design makes a difference, and is deeply committed to making it more accessible to more diverse audiences, encouraging those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience architecture to participate in the profession. She plans to roll out a series of work experience programmes, developed with the team in-house, to teenagers from local London schools in the near future.

Charlotte graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in history in 2011.
