  • Rowena Bond, Architect
    BA (Hons) MArch ARB

    Rowena studied at the Manchester School of Architecture and Kingston School of Art, before qualifying as an architect in 2017. She joined Morris + Company in 2018. Rowena has developed a craft-based, material-focused approach to design, applying this from early-stage modelmaking through to detailed design. She has worked on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects in the housing and education sectors.

  • Adrian Buey, Architect

    Adrian joined Morris+Company in 2018, after graduating from the Universidad de Valladolid in 2015. He previously studied at the Universita degli Studi di Roma Tre. Adrian is skilled at conceptual design development across various media including drawing, visualisation and physical modelling. He has particular experience in residential and commercial projects.

  • Joshua Bellman, Architectural Assistant

    BSc DipArch

    Joshua graduated with a first class degree from the University of Bath in 2013, and gained his diploma at The Cass before joining Morris + Company in 2018. He has particular experience in the housing sector, from small Passivhaus projects through to larger-scale housing. He is also adept in physical and computer modelling as part of the design refinement process.

  • Aifric Carroll, Architectural Assistant

    BA (Hons)

    Aifric joined Morris+Company in September 2019. She graduated with a first class honours from the Dublin School of Architecture (DIT) in 2018. Her thesis was shortlisted for the Mont Kavanagh Scholarship and the Sir Richard Morrison Scholarship. Her thesis examined the functional and symbolic forms of ground and roof in order to mediate our perception of place. She is interested in creating a dialogue between these two elements to enhance our understanding of our environment and the structures within it. Aifric has previously worked in practices in Dublin including ODOS Architects, Steve Larkin Architects, and Spaced Out Architects in London.


  • Jane Chew, Architect
    BA (Hons) MArch ARB RIBA

    Jane graduated from The University of Westminster with a Distinction and has exhibited at the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale, V&A London Design Festival 2018 and the Het Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. Jane has experience in delivering projects from concept stage to construction on a variety of projects, specialising in commercial refurbishment and interior fit-out.

  • Samantha Christie, Bid Coordinator

    Samantha graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2010 with a degree in graphic design, and joined Morris + Company in January 2014. She is responsible for co-ordinating social media and other communications – press, website, awards – in the office, and leads the preparation of bids for new work.

    Nick joined Morris + Company in 2018 after graduating from the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University with first class honours.

  • Matt Fallowfield-Cooper, Architect
    BSc (Hons) MPhil (Cantab) ARB

    After working with Morris + Company as a student, Matt rejoined the practice in 2018 as an architectural assistant. He graduated with distinction from the University of East London in 2014 and the University of Cambridge in 2018. Matt specialises in new residential typologies, and in particular co-housing and emergency accommodation. He has delivered a number of commercial projects at varying scales and is an experienced researcher and modelmaker.

  • Emily Fribbance, Architect

    Emily re-joined Morris + Company in 2017, having spent her Part I year with the practice. She gained a first class degree from the Manchester School of Architecture and was a founding graduate of the London School of Architecture. She has been involved in several housing and commercial projects and has a particular interest in community wellbeing. With an interest in learning through doing, Emily has been involved with several participatory live design/build projects.

    Jayne completed her degree and professional qualifications at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand before joining Morris + Company in 2018. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and how this can be achieved within creative teams. Her interest in the experimental process of design has developed across a range of projects from public art installations to larger, mixed-use developments.

  • Chin Lye, Architect
    BSc, DipArch, MArch, ARB

    Chin joined Morris+Company in December 2019. He graduated from the Bartlett with a Commendation for his Thesis, going on to qualify as an Architect from the University of Westminster. Chin has experience working in complex and challenging projects through planning and construction phases. He has a keen interest in technical development and has been involved in the completion of a number of large residential projects in London.

  • Luke Matone, Architectural Assistant

    Luke Matone joined Morris + Company in 2017, after graduating with a first class degree from Kingston University and a postgraduate diploma from London Metropolitan University in 2016. He has since taken creative roles in the design and concept development of projects across a wide range of typologies and scales, and within the studio helps to deliver an education programme to work experience students.

  • Doug Meadway, Architect
    BA (Hons) MArch ARB

    Doug studied at the Manchester School of Architecture for both RIBA Part I and Part II where he was awarded the Heywood Medal for the best overall academic performance in his Part II Masters degree. After graduating with distinction in July 2016, he subsequently joined Morris+Company where he has been a key part of the team.

  • Francis Naydler, Architectural Assistant

    Francis graduated with a distinction from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (KADK) in 2018 and has worked in Copenhagen prior to joining Morris+Company in 2019. Francis has an interest in developing the social and collaborative potentials of architecture, and enjoys developing ideas and relationships from a close understanding of context. He has developed projects with an ambition that they should speak to the places from where they arise, designing and learning from London, Copenhagen, Tbilisi, Galicia, Havana and Seoul. Francis has lectured on the role of collaboration in architecture at KADK and is a visiting critic at the University of Brighton.

  • Dora Paschali, Architectural Assistant

    Dora joined Morris+Company in 2019. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sheffield before graduating with a distinction from Oxford Brookes University in 2019. Her area of research examines the domestic appropriation of leftover spaces in the form of micro-dwellings. Previously Dora worked for DO:GMa in Limassol, Cyprus, where she was involved on a range of residential refurbishments, small-scale housing schemes and interior design.

    Joe joined Morris+Company in October 2019, graduating with a 1st class honours from the University of Bath. He spent his first year in practice at Haptic Architects, working on cultural and residential projects in the UK and Norway, as well as engaging in our common research group - Londonon. Joe is an active member of the European Architecture Students Assembly (EASA), previously tutoring a summer workshop and delivering talks as the National Contact for England. He has been involved in the design and construction of several small scale, community driven pavilions in the public realm. During his studies, Joe has worked for the small London practices Blee Halligan Architects and Neil Dusheiko Architects on bespoke residential and hospitality both in London and the Caribbean.

  • Kate Rushe, Architectural Assistant

    Kate graduated with first class honours from the Dublin School of Architecture (DIT) in 2016, having received a high commendation and several awards for her thesis. She joined Morris + Company in 2018. Her thesis focused on the importance of critical thinking in the conception of architecture, and she continues to research the spatial implications of the Baroque through making. She has worked on a range of projects, including residential, exhibition and housing schemes.

  • Luke Scott, Architect
    BSc (Hons), MArch, ARB

    Luke graduated with a distinction from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2016. He joined Morris+Company in 2019. Luke has a keen interest in the history and theory of architecture, and the role of buildings in telling stories. By approaching each stage of a project in this way - from conception through to construction - he looks to understand the narratives that underpin design decisions. Having worked across a broad range of project types; from temporary pavilions to airports, he seeks creative responses to a brief at all scales. Luke has experience as project lead on several private residential projects, as well as roles within large team structures on complex masterplanning proposals; favouring a collaborative method to draw upon the collective expertise of all parties. Luke is also a visiting critic at the Bartlett and Oxford Brookes.

  • Alberto Sols, Architect

    Alberto joined Morris + Company in 2018 after studying architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland. He graduated from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2017.

  • Eleonora Valle, Architectural Assistant

    Eleonora joined Morris and Company in October 2019. She studied at the Politecnico of Milan, graduating in 2019. During her Masters she participated in the exchange program at the UAL in Lisbon. In addition she undertook the Alta Scuola Politecina program developing a project titled “FlexHab” concerning emergency shelter designed from a new patented material.

  • Afra Van't Land, Architect
    BSc (Hons)Arch MPhil ARB

    Afra completed a masters degree in environmental design and architecture at Cambridge University before qualifying as an architect at The Bartlett School of Architecture. She joined Morris + Company in 2017, where she has predominantly worked on housing projects. Afra has a strong interest in making and innovating through research, be that through detailed material studies, or gaining an understanding the wider social, environmental and economic contexts of the practice’s work.

  • Sandra Youkhana, Architect

    Sandra graduated with a first class degree in 2011 and distinction in 2014 from the Bartlett School of Architecture, where she now also teaches on the Masters programme. She joined Morris + Company in 2017. Sandra takes a creative approach at all stages of a project’s design development and has been involved in both office and residential projects from concept through to completion.

  • Anastasia Zaytseva, Studio Manager
    Studio Manager

    Anastasia joined Morris + Company in May 2017. She is responsible for the smooth running of the office, liaising between directors, clients and the internal company on a wide range of issues and across many different architectural sectors.
