Alejandro joined Morris+Company in June 2017. His design process starts with hand sketches, progressing onto construction software, keeping the concept feasible from inception to delivery. In particular he has a specific interest on the building envelope. His previous experience includes; cultural, health, residential and commercial buildings, both in the UK and Spain. Alejandro graduated at the UEM Madrid in 2010 and obtained his Master of Science (MSc) with honours in 2011.

Jane graduated from The University of Westminster with a Distinction and has exhibited at the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale, V&A London Design Festival 2018 and the Het Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. Jane has experience in delivering projects from concept stage to construction on a variety of projects, specialising in commercial refurbishment and interior fit-out.

Jayne completed her degree and professional qualifications at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand before joining Morris + Company in 2018. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and how this can be achieved within creative teams. Her interest in the experimental process of design has developed across a range of projects from public art installations to larger, mixed-use developments.

Niall joined Morris+Company in April 2021 having previously worked on a number of high profile London based projects. He graduated from the University of Dundee in 2009 and has worked in London for over ten years. He has experience in high specification residential interiors with a detailed knowledge in later stage construction and delivery phases. He has worked in key roles in both the design and construction phases on the envelope of a large university. He is currently the Project Architect for One Wood Crescent, a ten-storey commercial office development on plot D of the former BBC Television Centre in White City, London.

Georgia joined Morris+Company in 2021. She graduated with distinction from the CASS, and qualified as an Architect at the University of Westminster. Georgia has worked across multiple sectors, while specialising in residential typologies from design stages through to delivery. She has experience working with both public and private sector clients, across a variety of scales from high-rise towers to small-scale housing.

John joined Morris and Company in 2021 having studied at Newcastle, Leeds and Northumbria Universities, graduating from the latter with distinction. Working in several large practices, John has developed an astute approach to building design and technical resolution, gaining a broad range of experience working within the education, residential, office, mixed-use, civic and master planning sectors, on new build and refurbishment projects. John holds great empathy for Architecture that instils real social value and collective wellbeing.

Phil graduated from the University of Liverpool. He joined Morris + Company in January 2022 after gaining over a decade’s worth of experience at other high-profile practices in London.

Phil has a wealth of experience working in the residential sector and has run projects of different scales - from residential masterplans to high-end private homes. He was a key member of the production team at his previous practice where he helped deliver multiple phases of the ‘Greenwich Millennium Village’ masterplan and has an enthusiasm for the use of Virtual Reality in architecture and was involved in development of this technology at his previous practice.

Outside of work, Phil spends his spare time as a music producer.

Rowena studied at the Manchester School of Architecture and Kingston School of Art, before qualifying as an architect in 2017. She joined Morris + Company in 2018. Rowena has developed a craft-based, material-focused approach to design, applying this from early-stage modelmaking through to detailed design. She has worked on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects in the housing and education sectors.

Thom studied at Sheffield – where the plight and rebirth of Park Hill inspired a lifelong interest in housing – and at The Cass. Prior to joining Morris + Company in 2021, he has ten years’ professional experience, during which time he has been involved in a wide range of conservation, renovation, and large new build projects, including Social Housing, Private Sector Housing and Senior Living projects; two BFI Secondary Schools, major reconfiguration of Wren's Royal Hospital Chelsea, and the reorganisation of Leicester Cathedral to accommodate Richard III’s reburial. Fluent in Revit, Thom was instrumental in advancing the implementation of BIM at his previous practices and is involved in Revit best-practice development at Morris + Company.

Francis graduated with a distinction from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (KADK) in 2018 and has worked in Copenhagen prior to joining Morris+Company in 2019. Francis has an interest in developing the social and collaborative potentials of architecture, and enjoys developing ideas and relationships from a close understanding of context. He has developed projects with an ambition that they should speak to the places from where they arise, designing and learning from London, Copenhagen, Tbilisi, Galicia, Havana and Seoul. Francis has lectured on the role of collaboration in architecture at KADK and is a visiting critic at the University of Brighton.

Joshua graduated with a first class degree from the University of Bath in 2013, and gained his diploma at The Cass before joining Morris + Company in 2018. He has particular experience in the housing sector, from small Passivhaus projects through to larger-scale housing. He is also adept in physical and computer modelling as part of the design refinement process.

Ross graduated with distinction from The Scott Sutherland School of Architecture in Aberdeen in 2017 before qualifying as an Architect in 2020. At university, Ross was named best overall student on the Master of Architecture course, nominated for the RIBA Silver medal, as well as being selected to exhibit his final year project in the Royal Scottish Academy. Ross was also elected co-president of the renowned 57°10 student Architecture society where he organised over twenty lectures from guest speakers including Morris+Company.

Prior to joining Morris+Company in January 2022, Ross worked for several award-winning practices in Aberdeen and London, gaining experience in one-off residential projects to 500,000sqft mixed-use office and retail developments

In addition to his design experience, Ross has also benefited through labouring for a residential contractor on-site which enhanced his understanding of the benefits of collaboration as part of a wider design team.

Belén joined Morris+Company in 2019. She completed her Masters degree with honours at San Pablo CEU University in Madrid in 2016. Her final thesis project was awarded the First Prize in PFC COAM 2016. The project brings a sensitive response to human crafts and natural environment as a result of her collaborative research with Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. She is an experienced Architect in residential and hotel projects, working on schemes of different scales, from high density residential towers and urban masterplans to one-family dwellings.

Claire joined Morris+Company in November 2019. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cape Town before graduating from Delft University of Technology in 2019. Her graduation thesis interrogated high density housing in Mumbai’s urban periphery. Driven by a deep reverence for the social value of architecture, Claire is interested in the intersection between city-making and place-making; from the urban to the intimate scale. She received a special mention in the UN-Habitat International Design Collaboration for Kenya, Claire’s work on the symbiotic relationship between formal and informal trade and transport economies was presented at the UN Headquarters in Nairobi and exhibited at the UN Habitat III conference in Quito, Ecuador.

Dora joined Morris+Company in 2019. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sheffield before graduating with a distinction from Oxford Brookes University in 2019. Her area of research examines the domestic appropriation of leftover spaces in the form of micro-dwellings. Previously Dora worked for DO:GMa in Limassol, Cyprus, where she was involved on a range of residential refurbishments, small-scale housing schemes and interior design.

Kehinde joined Morris+Company in July 2021. He graduated from Nottingham Trent before completing his Masters at the University of Kent, School of Architecture in Canterbury.

His thesis proposed a digital interface for those experiencing rough sleeping and homelessness in Canterbury. Examining through psychogeography and historical archive data to provide digital and physical free services and opportunities to the most vulnerable. With the desired aim to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the individual.

Recognised by the Venice Biennale and British Council, he was awarded with the opportunity to work at the Venice Biennale Fellowship Programme 2021, as a researcher responding to further concepts of ‘How Will We Live Together’.
