With experience of detailed, technical design, Fay is a core member of the health and wellbeing sector research group, and has been involved in a number of projects, including; TVC, Energy Hub, Greenwich Peninsula, North Hill House, Norton Folgate, Aylesbury Health Centre and North Crescent.

Whilst overseeing multiple projects, Fay has a sector specialism in the technical team with a focus on professional delivery including scope and services, contracts, tender and deliverables.

As part of on-going QA improvements, Fay works with the technical team supporting teams with stage to stage setup, deliverable and scope reviews and assists with client/ contractor negotiation.

One of Fay’s key goals is to help project teams and project leads feel supported and clear on their project scope of services ensuring confidence in their own professional development.

We would like to congratulate Ben, Fay, Hugh and Polina who will join Danielle and Harriet in our Associate team. The last year has seen 5 projects completed on site and as we look ahead to the delivery of a number of schemes at construction stages and significant new commissions in London, Birmingham and Manchester, we are expanding our senior working group.
