  • Part of the wider Cityforward Brussels European Quarter regeneration, a 300,000 sqm masterplan enabling mixed use regeneration
  • Redevelopment and intensification of a city block, totaling 100,000 sqm of commercial office space, into a mixed use programme that includes the integration of an existing Metro Station
  • Programming consists of: 70% workplace; 25% residential; 5% retail and community use
  • Landscape first design approach referencing the green and blue infrastructure of the historic Maalbeek Valley
  • Sustainability and circularity are at the core of the collaborative vision, optimising adaptive re-use, circular principals and biodiversity
